Apple really do only care about money!! Im'a keep my 3rd gen!! Still a great product.

When people stop queuing up Apple might not rip off customers anymore. They knew in march they would release another iPad in Oct but still released the 3rd gen iPad to rake in money!! They they want people to spend again for a slight bump in performance!! Not me i'm out

unlikely; they probably did this to bring some of the refreshes in line (everything gets refreshed in the late summer/fall)
