Major Quicktime 7 Bug?

I just uninstalled all of my DiVX codecs and the Quicktime/dock bug seems to be fixed. However, I can't play my DiVX movies I'll try a reinstall.

all of your divx codecs? how many do you have? I just have the one from divx.com. Well I also have the xvid deligate codec. Do the other people experiencing the problem have multiple divx codecs installed?

I just reinstalled the divx codec and the bug is back. So it seems that DiVX is not compatible with QT7, fully that is.

Hmm... maybe it's the version of the codec? I have version 5.1.1

The DivX developer (there is only one person) is aware of the bug. You'll have to wait for an update or workaround.
