I am starting a website. So far made it well with iWeb. I do not have Flash. Do not know HTML code. But I wanted to make a banner that would change images every so often. Kind of like a billboard and loop changing images every 5 seconds.

I thought I could do it in Powerpoint, Keynote or Photoshop Elements 4. Any idea on how do it easy? It can't be that hard is it?

Thanks.🙁

Paying any money for this functionality would be too much (unless you needed something super fanciful). There are plenty of free options and you have us here to back you up if need be.

Assuming the images don't need to be changed on a regular basis theres always the animated gif approach too 🙂

Totally lost.

How do you do that GIF can you just build the animated GIF in preview or Photoshop Elements?

That's awesome... Let me try it.

I really love Bannerzest, but it's too expensive and the themes are mostly chezzie for me.

I tried it...

It works, but is not that smooth. I guess I need transitions.
Still Banerzest may be the best "WYSIWYG" Software for creating banners.

Ouch to my wallet!

Cool 🙂 Glad you approve!

I'd really appreciate it if you leave a comment on the post if you're finding it useful! 😉

Starting a website is a good decision, but knowing JavaScript or Ajax keeps you changing images every often. You can download some Flash movies or flash banners and can do it with Dream weaver, and other option without knowing HTML you can do your website with drupal or joomla. Its very easy to use and develop.Hope it might help you.
