*gags*

I'm sick of frivolous lawsuits, but this is one guy that deserves to win.

The wording is a bit unclear in the quotes, but it sounds like he bit in to the whopper...hope he didn't actually bite into the condom. And for his sake, that it has no STDs.

Definitely one of the nastiest stories I've heard in a while.

My sister has found a piece of a garden hose and a band-aid in a salad on two separate occasions. Anyone else find anything weird in food before?

I smell a finger in the chili. ;) Glad the dude can swallow and have nightmares over it!

Well, someone was certainly 'lovin' it' a bit too much.

...Oh wait, that's McDonalds isn't it.

I have to admit, in my younger days my fast food coworkers an I used to pull pranks at work all the time - but I always drew the line at messing around with the food.

I once got into fisticuffs with an idiot coworker because I caught him rubbing some food on the floor for an extremely offensive (regular) customer. In the course of the altercation I threw both the idiot coworker and the customer out of the store. My boss fired the employee and we never saw the annoying customer again, though he threatened all sorts of legal action.

I hope the moron who is responsible for the condom has his you-know-whats removed so he is incapable of doing it again.

Thankfully we have GBK, otherwise I'd still be eating the rubbish McDonalds serves to satisfy my burger needs...

Never heard of them.

Back in college I bit into a Big Mac that had a bolt in it. I was too young to realise I could have sued the hell out of them or at least gone to the papers. They only gave me 2 free meal tickets.

Back in my days at Subway we were once confronted by a customer that brought in a sub with one of the knives we use to cut sandwiches carefully concealed inside it. She had bought the sub from another Subway at a gas station nearby and was extremely upset about it. We recognized her as a regular customer of ours known for her rude behavior. We heard later that there was a lawsuit and a criminal investigation into that one, and one (ex) employee did a little stint in jail.

GBK is pretty ace. I love their falafel burger :)

GBK were giving away mini-burgers and chips outside my local branch today. Unfortunately, I was still full from brunch :( The only problem with GBK is that the burgers are so enormous that you need at least two people to share the chips with... or don't plan to eat for two days afterwards.

On the story - I'm guessing that it's either a pissed off employee about to leave or the guy's on the take. I'm going for the latter. Plasters, hair, plastic, fingernails, uniform material, paper or even a bug from the lettuce, I could understand. This has no place in a kitchen so I can't see it getting in there accidentally.

For some reason, I thought that too.

I know it's terrible to think, but this seems like an easy fake lawsuit to pull off. It'll probably be a quick settlement if Burger King doesn't want to fight the merits, and the guy will probably walk away with a cool $100k (with another $100k going to his lawyer o/c).

Is this what I've been forced to do? Become suspicious of fast food claims?:(

Yeah. I am okay with eating at McD's, but I refuse to eat at BK.

Notice how at McD's, you can see the cooking going on in the back, but at BK, you can't?

Imagine all the **** going on in the back because customers can't see it.

Yes it's that bad.

Ok who is gonna say it? Lord Blackadder's avatar looks a lot like the King himself! Lord, you wanna explain yourself? :p

Must be where you're from. Here you can see into Burger King. It's no different to McD only the burgers taste like real burgers and don't come in greased up packaging.
