Ooh, ooh, Me! Me!

I can tell Apple how they should be running their multi-billion dollar business! Highest share valuation ever you say? Ha!

Listen to this:

Why don't you get your Macintosh engineers making some Macintoshes instead of watch bands?

Yeah, that told em. Everybody, listen to me.

Why can't I sync more then one music playlist to the Apple Watch? Pathetic Apple.

It is really strange why we can't sync more than one. It's also so slow and unreliable to sync music that I've stopped putting songs on my watch anyway. Would be nice if we had another option for music playback other than the built-in app.

A band refresh.... courageous!

"These innovative, ground breaking, revolutionary watch straps have taken years of research, development and precision engineering. We're really excited for you to see them. Can't innovate? My ass!"

"You really need to see these in person. They're totally stunning."

-Starting at £6,380 per half strap

Who cares about bands, Apple Watch needs to evolve a bit faster and incorporate many more health centric features for me to ever buy one, such as the rumored oximeter feature which never saw light of day...

Why? I get why you want a Mac Pro, but the Watch is fantastic and a different product line with its own customers. And it's not like the watch band designers otherwise would be working on the Mac Pro.

Valid points. But why isn't there an updated Mac Pro then? Clearly Apple has refocused their efforts, and THAT's the problem I have. The Apple Watch is fine, but why does Apple need to abandon other products in order to make it? That's what doesn't make sense to me. They have the resources to do both, so why aren't they doing it? It ticks me off.

Can't Apple just go back to being a professional-end computer company rather than a fashion/cellular telephone company? I'm so sick of Apple these days.... #BringBackMacPro

Exactly! And while we're at it, can't IBM go back to being an adding machine company!

1. We can't say there is no MacPro updates because there is no RUMORS about it.
2. Every company is gonna prioritise on the high profit margin products.

I am happy with my own products and there is no use for me to cry over a company's decisions and actions, which I have no control of.

Bought an Apple Watch. It's cool, but has nothing on a classic watch. Something feels off about having a mini iPhone on the wrist, almost redundant. Back to the Rolexes and Omegas.

That first sentence is cracking me up. I'm gonna have to use that myself at some point.

1. It's been FOUR YEARS since the last Mac Pro update.
2. Maybe the reason Apple hasn't had high profit margins on the Mac Pro is because they haven't updated it in FOUR YEARS and nobody's stupid enough to buy OLD HARDWARE.

The problem is Apple, not that consumers aren't buying pro products. We WANT to buy their professional-end desktops, but can't because they won't freaking RELEASE them already. Instead they're focusing on overpriced watches. Ridiculous.

For one I love my watch and love the Apple bands - a LOT of 3rd party bands just plain suck... Would love a price reduction on the link and maybe a couple of additional loop colors and new link design? Super-Oyster look?

I 100% agree that Apple should be doing more for the Mac and its professional customers. Your criticism of them for not doing that is valid and important. I've been pretty critical of Tim and co. for that as well. I just get tired of people railing on the Watch because it isn't a Mac Pro (etc.) refresh. Apple is big enough now that no one is going to be interested in everything they are doing. And as you say, they have the resources to do many things.

Personally, I think Apple needs to reorganize into divisions, more like most large companies. A separate Mac division would be incentivized to try to increase its market share and its share of Apple's revenues. This, I think, would get you what you want, but without imperiling Apple's other products.

In the meantime, though, I'm going to enjoy my superb Apple Watch!

I bought an Apple Watch few weeks ago. I saw many people buying the watch as well. Interesting that so many people were ourchasing it after holiday
