I know what you mean. I had to put my 11yr old Rottweiler to sleep in September and my outdoor cycling workouts were kind of an escape that helped me cope. I’m sorry for your loss.

Mission accomplished. I only missed a few days due to rain but this was easy. Also quadrupled my move goal on Sunday.

It is important to let your body get better when you are sick, but I hate missing workouts because I don't feel good.

Wishing you the best and quickest recovery also...I've had that frustration also (sore ankle) when trying to close rings in the past. At least I was lucky....couldn't do my usual miles long walks but could 'tread water' on my exercise bike! 😏
Just take it easy and let your body heal. Don't worry about challenges. Get lots of rest and drink plenty of water!

Nothing worse than being taken out by illness/injury! Hope you have a speedy recovery 👍
All I had to do this month was walk/run 137.5 miles and I'm already done. Definitely one of the easier months. 🙂

Indeed. Just squeezed in a second walk this evening before dinner. Lighter evenings now we have changed the clocks are a big plus.
