I’ve been averaging 11,00 a day for the last month or so.Wow! I’ve only managed a thousand calories in a day a handful of times, I’m up to around 800 a day now though.
We’re all at different stages on our fitness journey. It’s a fair amount of work for me to hit those numbers.You must be in better shape than I am. I only started really exercising three months ago, and it’s a fair amount of work for me to hit 800.
