March Activity Challenge

So I really should have finished this sooner than the 30th this month, but it’s just kinda been a screwy month this month. So I’ll take it.

I think April could be foolish. Let’s see what it brings.

Good job everyone! I’m happy to see that this pandemic isn’t showing everyone down.

I agree.

But I also have to say that the evil side of me is hoping that Apple sticks it to every single one of us in April. After all, with this damn pandemic screwing up normal life, what better things do we have to do than focus on rings and challenges??

Lol, I can only speak for myself obviously, but I have plenty of time to ring/challenge chase. Bring it April!

I fell just 28 minutes short of the 2,210 exercise minutes my Apple Watch challenged me to do. I was on track until this past weekend, when the Tokyo government called for a voluntary lockdown. I figured I'd do my part and remain indoors rather than try to reach the goal.

This morning I received my April challenge: 178.4 miles. I'm not going to even bother trying. (I'll do my workouts on my 20-year-old stationary cycle, and the Activity App, as far as I can tell, doesn't record simulated miles.)

C'mon, Apple. The exercise algorithms should have been tweaked given the global pandemic. In fact, it would have been better not to issue any challenges at all.

These are called CHALLENGES. Not GIMMES!!

I’ve gotta just say I get so tired of hearing people whine that these challenges are too hard or unachievable. If you don’t want to work for it, that’s your choice. But blame Apple? Or tell them not to issue a challenge at all?? Really??

You might want to open the activity app and scroll down for "Indoor Cycle, Open Goal"

My March challenge never appeared! April is there and tracking though. So shows jan, feb and April! Very strange
