Did you edit/change anything on that wallpaper? I've seen it before and actually have it but I'm not seeing any differences...I may be overlooking them, though. Maybe you mean you edited your dock and bar and stuff...

Just a nice tip, you can make a full screenshot in os x by pressing CMD+SHIFT+3, Get a selector (for slices) by pressing CMD+SHIFT+4 and just an open window by pressing CMD+SHIFT+4+SPACEBAR.

No need for Grab :p
 
Another update. Slight mods:

Changed iTunes icon
Changed Adium
Changes Trash and Download stacks
Modded menubar items (battery, wi-fi) and added the date
