I'm assuming that you're referring to the image from CalmEnvy!? If so, no it's not Rachel Stevens. It's Silk Spectre II (Malin Akerman) from the upcoming film 'Watchmen'.....which I've already seen!

I was as much over as underwhelmed by it. It's well worth seeing for the portrayal of Rorschach by Jackie Earl Hayley....he absolutely nails it!
