March Second Media event live??

Damn that's a shame. Watching the video after I already know what happens isn't quite as thrilling. Oh well thanks for info.
Glad to help. Yeah, it is not as thrilling, but since our invites seem to have gotten lost in the mail, it is the best we can do.
Why can't they just switch to live streaming once and for all?

Ok, so I have been behind on the news and I just found out that the unveiling of the second-generation iPad at Apple's media event is tomorrow and no longer being held on the 3 (score I am off work and our of school that day). I would kill (not really, just saying) to watch it live and not read a bloggers updated, I want to see the new iPad.
Does any one know where I could go to watch it and what time is is going to be held in the US. I live in the Pacific Standard Time zone in California.

If it's going to be streamed live it would be at 10 AM for you, but Apple has not confirmed or denied that they are going to live stream it. Most likely we will have to wait until tomorrow to find out. Engadget and Macrumors will host a live blog.
Bummer!!! Then in that case, what blogger website would you recommend then that MIGHT have photos of it while they are updating the blog??

Wow I am amazingly impressed with your thread closing abilities... oh wait, it's still open...
and we basically do know. if it were to be streamed live we would know already. No live feed same as always except for that one instance where apple announced a streaming serice

What do you need to watch 2 of the same live blogs for? Their watching the same thing? I guess if you need some more Cnet may be there. Soldierknowsbest on youtube will be live streaming if you want to talk to him as well lol.
Man isn't that the truth? I haven't cared much about Gizmodo in general since the whole iPhone 4 thing went down, either, but unfortunately, Gawker's redesign ruined all of their sites, Jalopnik included. It's a startlingly bad re-do.
Back on topic, I'll be watching apple.com hoping for a live feed tomorrow. Have really enjoyed my iPad since debut day. It's even worked its way nicely into my professional life and I'm looking forward to adding a second one to our little family.
the redesign is HORRIFIC. I still to this day cant get anymore then the top story on my ipad. I havent tried a whole bunch but everytime I try it automaticly loads the whole top story and thats it. so im like screw this and go back to engadget.

Apple may officially live stream their event on this page, but if they wont then they will at least add an official high quality video of their event later on once the event is over.
Remember, if Apple adds a live stream then itll only work on Mac/iPhone/iPod touch operating systems. To watch the video stream on your Mac, youll need Safari 4 or 5 and Mac OS X Snow Leopard. To watch it on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, youll need iOS 3 or iOS 4.
While live stream will only work for Mac users, the actual recorded video will be available to Windows users as well once the live stream is over but viewers will be required to download QuickTime software in order to use it.
