Not a fan of either of them, but as much as Tim Cook's price hikes, neglect of the Mac line and other things annoy me, I'm still here. Facebook was a one week mistake many years ago and I'm glad I never went back.
Nothing good is cheap. Nothing cheap is good.
.
Go Mark!
Tim you stuck! Take your 10k Apple watch with Siri and beat it!
If it wasn't for Steve Jobs, Tim would have NOTHING. That's the truth of it all. Apple has lost most world markets, and only holds north america and japan. Every other country, Android dominates.
Hopefully Tim leaves, and Craig can clean up his mess. Apple needs new leadership ASAP.
It wouldn't even have more than several million users at best. Mostly because there's a paywall and free quality alternatives everywhere.Zuckerberg is a shmuck. How about a social network that charged a small subscription. Let's see... a billion members, $2 a month. No ads unless you want them. Meanwhile, we have a law that says, no anonymous ads, including if you say "Vote for Bill," then you have to disclose if you work for the campaign, are a member of the family, or have given money to that campaign. We don't want to be ruled by an algorithm.

The first is an ethical business decision. The second is what's making a dystopia out of the Internet.
I don't know, maybe it's one of the wealthiest companies on earth. Last year it had a 500+ billion value. What is this Facebook of which you speak?
Apple is honest though. They charge what they charge. You can choose to purchase or choose not to. Facebook tracks you even if you aren't on their site. They sell you to their actual customers.

And you can choose to be a member of face-book or choose not to.
Jobs had his problems but at least he wasn’t a cuck
http://www.businessinsider.com/president-obamas-lack-of-resolve-frustrated-steve-jobs-2011-10
Jobs said he was infuriated by Obama’s saying things couldn’t be done. And that he was too PC (politically correct. Not personal computer)
...Sound familar?
Maybe like “manufacturing jobs aren’t coming back folks”
Well under Fascist Oppressor Cheetoh, magically and randomly, theyreee herrrreeeee.
That’s a good way for Steve to drive his company into the ground post Mortum too: hire the rabid virtue signaler whose role up until that point had been the bean counter.
I hate to point out the obvious, but Steve Jobs appointed Tim Cook. The manufacturing jobs are also not really here.
It makes for nice conservative talking points, but none of it is true.
That’s good point. I agree.Social media is extremely new. Yes people who are technically literate or have an inkling of how surveillance works knows this, but we live in a world where the vast majority of people have no idea how a computer, let alone the internet, work. To put the onus on the average citizen to not fall for a data collection platform fronting as a place to see your grandkids pictures is entirely unfair.
Don't be silly; do you really think someone like Jobs didn't think something similar? He actually told his customers they were using his product wrong, now imagine what he didn't say.
Wrong. This forum itself is built on a 100% free programming language. In fact pretty much anything on the internet and modern software uses open source packages (free). If it weren't for the "cheap" we wouldn't be having this conversation.
Tim’s point is more valid, let’s not pretend otherwise. The fight between these two is FAR from over. Let's face it, they both have valid points.
So Steve Jobs was just coming up with conservative talking points when criticizing Obama? Things that are still relevant, this death by excessive PC policing culture we currently have where emotions take precedence over fact.
And your statement about republicans doing the same simply isn’t truetrump showed up to WI. Hillary didn’t. These are facts but yet you treat objective events which occurred and others which did not as “subjective”
So you win. Go ahead and Pat yourself on the back.
And if you read my statement , which you quoted, you’d see I speculate Steve WANTED to drive Apple in the ground by hiring the bean counter; with no vision but full of virtue signaling, to be the CEO replacement. I don’t think he cared at all to see his leaky ship sink after his passing. If anything, it Further proved he was that essential to Apple.
Something even cuck Timmy says repeatedly, that Steve remains a key part of the “DNA” of Apple.
Using Trump as an example... I don't think it matters much.Awe, a catfight. Mark just ruined his chances at running for President in 2020 with this whole Facebook blowup in recent weeks.
Just do not buy a Smartphone with Facebook installed on it. Chinese version may be good for American people. No you can’t. Not when on android 5 and up the messenger app captured call logs and texts (outside of Facebook)of people corresponding with someone who uses Facebook app, which is virtually anyone with a phone, even those that never accept facebook’s terms or became an active user on Facebook.
Very problematic ! No way to opt out, even if you opt out!
Spot on.The situation basically is they both enjoy exploiting some of the dumbest consumer base in the face of earth. The rest is sterile chat about who's morale strategy is less incorrect.

Nah...people who continually refer to other people as “cuck” spend way too much time reading MGTOW crap for me to take their opinions on world affairs seriously in the first place.
