I am fairly disappointed to have received a product advertised as "magnet capable," only to receive a dis-functional case. Maroo is then unwilling to pay return shipping (amounting to nearly 50% of the purchase price), for an error that is exclusively their own.

A replacement is great, but not if you had to purchase another case in the interim.

Guess it pays to wait for confirmation a particular case works; companies cannot seem to be trusted.

Sorry you're so frustrated. If you need to replace your case due to a defect, we will gladly reimburse you shipping once we receive the defective product. For more information, visit this page: http://www.maroo.com/Contact-UsReturns

I have a brand new unopened Maunga II case for iPad 2. I missed the 30 day return period so I will sell it.

Price is $69.99 with free Priority Mail shipping on eBay or 64.99 with free Priority Mail shipping if you PM me.

BTW it really is unopened - I bought it for my iPad 3 but realized on this forum that the magnets wouldn't work. Then I bought a completely different case from Joy Factory. So now I have this new unopened iPad 2 case.

I got my Moko II just now for my iPad 3. It's awesome! I'm glad I went with it after a long search. If you're looking for a folio case for the iPad, you'd be a retard if you didn't get Maroo. It's that good.

problem is all of Maroo's designs are the two-angle type, where the interior is always exposed to the surface. I'm hoping Maroo would build one where it achieves viewing angles another way (such as one with grooves in the inside or something similar).. but so far almost all their new designs, including the upcoming one.. is basically the Moko but in different colors or material.

A possible problem for those that use it as a stand. It's something I don't use it for and therefore a non-issue for me.

that 15% off campaign is awfully tempting, however as mentioned I do often use it as a stand to go with an external keyboard for notetaking.

have you found the interior of your maroo case getting dirty when using it as a stand, due to surface contact?

I wouldn't say it gets dirty. It does attract dust and other particles that seem to brush of fairly easily. I don't think it would look dirty due to the black color but yeah, it attracts a fair amount of specks of this and that.

my friend has the Maroo Moko she got from the US.
for a case that has a simple folding simple like the Yoobao,
its really thick and heavy.
