I remember Fragger and the OG Wordle game which was essentially Boggle if memory serves. I want to say both of those games were on my 3GS or maybe 4s latest.

I'd like to take a look at these, as there might be a couple missing IPAs I enjoyed back in the 3G days...but, it's on X, so it's a no go. I have the domain blocked on our home network.

Hopefully it gets posed elsewhere.

Bidet ain’t gonna do shtț, nor will his administration.

The president putting their finger on the scale in favor of a trillion dollar company, the optics are horrendous.
But considering how this might impact the economy considering how much Apple Watch is also sold world wide (even though the ban doesn’t affect international sales) and how much Biden is pushing US innovation, it would be alarming move in tech industry if Biden doesn’t intervene.

If this was Google or Meta instead of Apple, it would kill the US tech innovation in bigger number if ban would goes into effect.

Sometimes, president have to consider the trade offs.

My all time favorite vintage iOS game 😍

Good times!

Not a good week for Apple:
  • the ongoing Massimo/Apple Watch Series 9 + Ultra 2 patent legal fight
  • the ongoing Beeper Mini fight
  • this
  • Peter Russell-Clarke leaves the company (Ive-era designer)
The only thing that really matters is the Watch. The rest are pretty much irrelevant. Especially the people Apple keeps shutting down over Android iMessages.

All those files became the intellectual property of Apple as soon as the sale of Testflight was complete. I doubt Apple will take kindly to having someone find the files and release them to the public.

Being beta's, unfinished projects and others, I have no doubt Apple will claim there is a security and privacy it at play and thus they need to shut down access to the files to protect the security and privacy of it's users.
It will be...For The Users.

Bring back Neon Drive for the iPad! When I upgraded to the M1 could no longer download this.

Makes you remember how many good games got lost by the wayside do to no longer being updated or supported. Some of these would have stood the test of time even now.

The 64-bit era really was a death knell for a lot of these.

Agreed. Again, this is the reason why I never updated my iPad mini 4 past IOS 10.3.6. 3 games on there that I play (and remind me of my childhood) were never ported to 64bit, so they would have been lost if I updated it to IOS 11. My guess is that those are included in this trove, so I'm definitely looking at how to get to this archive.

Regardless of your feelings about the game, Flappy Bird needs to be preserved, as it was one of the early behemoths of the smart phone revolution.

This is exciting news! Finally, I may be able to play Sword & Poker and MotionX Poker again!

TouchHLE is an emulator for macOS that will allow you to run 32 bit iOS apps on macOS. I’m not sure how far along its development is, but I’m sure this leak will provide freat motivation.

Great day for software archivists! 🥳
