I'm still having problems, i've tried to delete the files and finder still don't work, so I can't even empty the recycle bin, I need my pc fully working by the end of this week, so I need it sorted now!

I just had the same problem (Finder in an infinite crash loop). Trashing Finder preferences didn't help. Uninstalling Docker.app didn't help. Then I did some more reading and found out that some folks suspected Google Drive was causing the problem. So I turned off Google Drive, removed it from my Login Items, restarted, and I've had no more Finder crashes.

this did the trick for me as well.

Other users have reported that this was the culprit.

For me, it was Google Drive that was causing the problem...

I quit Google Drive (Menu bar app) and now all seems to be okay. I noticed it crashing when looking at the Console... I was about to make a Genius appt but remembered that they don't really know everything besides 'let's just reinstall and reformat your HD first'

This thread (quoted) now has a note that the issue is patched and to restart the Drive app.
