But what I'm saying is, even if it was available....is it wise to change stores?? Does it matter which store u get it from.....say US gets it in an hour but UK only gets it in 5 hours for instance, is it better to wait?

Doesn't really matter. The only thing would be that if you ever wanted to do a fresh install you'd have to sign back in to your US account.

Who knows for sure, but at a guess I would say stick to the UK store. It will most likely be released same time anyway. Plus the UK servers probably wont be hammered as hard.

Patience people, lol. Today is not yet over. Also with the constant checking, anyone else seeing the Mac App Store loading really slowly?

I see no difference in speed with the App Store...then again its always been slow for me since I upgraded to ML.

Cmd + R is getting some real action right now

haha that is a little desperate mate! Think of it this way. You won't cap your speed so if you started the download now vs starting it in 10 minutes you will still probably finish at the same time. Just like a speed car vs a slow car with a red traffic light up ahead. Both will cross the light at the same time :p

You will get problems when it asks for your credit card information and address. Since you are from the UK you wouldn't be able to pay for things in the US store. Yes I know its free but it still works that way

Sounds like an algebra word problem in the making.
