Doable...yet, Apple has to amend the Algos! 31 days allows nothing for sickness etc. None of these challenges should be for 100% of a month. Should be for 25-30 days (sequential if needed) but offer some buffer. Completed Jan/Feb/March and April. Hope they fix this sometime.....

Agree. If enough of us speak up about ridiculous "no break" challenges- not allowing a sick day, extremely busy day or taking care of a sick family member day or two is inhumane. Perhaps Apple will listen to this forum and adjust their algorithms accordingly.

it's been like this since 2015, so I doubt it is going to change any time soon ... for me personally, I've come to the point that I set my goals somewhat closely and if I make the challenge age, great, and if not, great. Most important is that I can look in the mirror and say you've done the best you could.

You could actually contact Apple, but it is unlikely that they will change the algorithm having been this way for years. It is more unlikely that they monitor these forums at all, sorry.

I agree. It kind of goes against the idea of rest days which are equally important as workout days. I think doing the 15 mins workout since it can include a walk in the park is fine, and so the stand, but the calorie goal without breaks might promote some unhealthy behavior.

Agreed. Nothing wrong with a walk on a rest day but there’s no way I’m hitting my 1,000 calorie goal on a rest day. That would not be a rest day lol.

On a somewhat unrelated note, do you think Apple will add a new move goal at some point? I reached 2000 move goals in January and am wondering if they will add a new sticker for 2500.

I’ve closed all three rings since October, so for me even though it’s every day it’s not a challenge. I rarely get sick. Even when I did after my Covid jab I still was able to close my rings. Just less strenuous exercise.
Yep, that’s why I consider this challenge an “easy” one…

Or you set your move goal low and go for the triple or quadruple, or, don’t let the algorithm dictate your life.
My goal is low at 300 but I’ve been averaging >1000 for more than a year

Agreed, you need to use the Apple Watch (or any other smart watch) to help you meet your exercise goals.

It’s not a matter of letting an algorithm dictating anything.
