Trouble with a complete your rings daily challenge is I can’t employ my usual over achievements at the start of the month.
Sometimes it’s good to stretch out of your comfort zone. That’s how you get stronger.I did a 6.29 mile walk this morning, and now I have 33.9 miles out of 189.9. This is one of the reasons I'm not a fan of distance challenges. I get anxious to the point where it forces me to do something like a 6 mile walk just to get ahead and it might be more to my detriment than actually keeping healthy.
Does anyone else get Apple Watch anxiety or am I just being dumb.
That’s how I always do it. Over achieve at the start. Then keep it going at that level if you can. If you have a busy day and you don’t get it all in, no harm done.Four days down and I'm on pace. Goal is to burn 28,700 calories for the month, and the daily goal has dropped from 900 to 875. On the first four days I've burned 1,048, 1,245, 1,016, and today I'm at 875 but that will be somewhere over 900 or maybe 1000 by the time I go to bed. I'm not sure this will be sustainable for the entire month but it's at least looking possible.
Thanks for the info .it's been like this since 2015, so I doubt it is going to change any time soon ... for me personally, I've come to the point that I set my goals somewhat closely and if I make the challenge age, great, and if not, great. Most important is that I can look in the mirror and say you've done the best you could.
Half way through the month and still on track for my close your rings 31 times challenge. A bit worried about next week though as I have my second Covid jab and I reacted badly to the first one.
Nothing most people will have to worry about. Just tired and achy for the week. Plus I had a flare up of a disease I have. Behçet’s disease. Not nice. Really bad when you experience bleeding down below. Doesn’t exactly inspire going for a walk/run/cross trainer session. What symptoms did you experience?
Come on. Push yourself. You know you want to!Four more workouts left for me. Could’ve been done by now but had some lazy days.
Went for a run today. Would’ve felt guilty wasting beautiful weatherCome on. Push yourself. You know you want to!

Likewise....on track. Believe I'll make it as I normally close all of my rings anyway. Good Luck to all.Half way through the month and still on track for my close your rings 31 times challenge. A bit worried about next week though as I have my second Covid jab and I reacted badly to the first one.
Yes, the heart rate sensor really needs an upgrade. I've given up trusting it to work all the time .I'm at 15,415 of 28,700 calories. Really annoying when my heart rate sensor stops working mid-ride and I get shorted on calories like this, though.
