That’s mine for this month

I did a 6.29 mile walk this morning, and now I have 33.9 miles out of 189.9. This is one of the reasons I'm not a fan of distance challenges. I get anxious to the point where it forces me to do something like a 6 mile walk just to get ahead and it might be more to my detriment than actually keeping healthy.

Does anyone else get Apple Watch anxiety or am I just being dumb.

Sometimes it’s good to stretch out of your comfort zone. That’s how you get stronger.

Four days down and I'm on pace. Goal is to burn 28,700 calories for the month, and the daily goal has dropped from 900 to 875. On the first four days I've burned 1,048, 1,245, 1,016, and today I'm at 875 but that will be somewhere over 900 or maybe 1000 by the time I go to bed. I'm not sure this will be sustainable for the entire month but it's at least looking possible.

That’s how I always do it. Over achieve at the start. Then keep it going at that level if you can. If you have a busy day and you don’t get it all in, no harm done.

Keep it up everyone! Those badges are worth it! Okay being fitter is the real prize!

Apple Fitness:
Anyone else notice that now Fitness on the TV tells you to 'connect' via the watch which then tells you to 'continue' whereas it used to just 'Connect' from the TV? I noticed this change today. Also, when choosing a routine that the 'back' of the button overlay is different? Anyone else notice this....?

Fortunately for me, this month's challenge is the 'close all 3 rings everyday' challenge. Sometimes you need a break.....that doesn't mean I take them.

1,071 calories, 99 active minutes, 22,968 steps, and 10.6 miles was yesterday. 3 miles ran on treadmill. The rest walking.

it's been like this since 2015, so I doubt it is going to change any time soon ... for me personally, I've come to the point that I set my goals somewhat closely and if I make the challenge age, great, and if not, great. Most important is that I can look in the mirror and say you've done the best you could.
Thanks for the info .

I am also half way through the month and half way through my challenge. My challenge is to close my Move ring (760 calories) 24 times, and as of yesterday I have done that 12 times.

I'm at 111.4 out of the 189.9 miles so far. The day after I got the second vaccine shot wasn't fun but I still did my daily allotment of miles for that day. Now I'm under 5 miles a day. I still greatly distaste distance challenges.

Half way through the month and still on track for my close your rings 31 times challenge. A bit worried about next week though as I have my second Covid jab and I reacted badly to the first one.
Likewise....on track. Believe I'll make it as I normally close all of my rings anyway. Good Luck to all.
