Push on for the perfect month now then.
I also try and reduce the goal. Down to 6.4 miles a day from 6.9. Helps when I know I have a day of meetings tomorrow for example.View attachment 2002750A little over a week in, thought I’d post my progress so far. Just a very small amount of minutes per day down from the beginning.

My May challenge is a difficult one this time around - I only average about 37 minutes of exercise a day, but now need 40 a day…..?
