Good May to all 😊

Here we go with another month with another new Challenge 🎉

Still getting easy challenges. I’m guessing it’s because most of my trends are still down since having covid and exercising only sporadically over the winter. Although it seems like a lot of us are disappointed with the lack of intensity of our monthly challenges.

When I was in really good shape and all my trends were up I would only be able to complete my challenges for a few months before I would get one that seemed nearly impossible and I would fail.

May i ask what HIIT workout is exactly?
I don't think I've ever heard that term before :)

Looks like @BenAigen answered the question for you. HIIT is not something you want to do as your only exercise, but is great to have mixed into your routine.

You could do sprints 10-20 mins.

That's true, I could. Normally my Orange Theory workouts are 60 minutes (with the occasional 90 minute session), so I feel like doing five to twenty minutes is a copout (it's definitely a personal problem). My wife suggested something similar so we'll see.
