I didn’t mean to suggest cop out. I was thinking more like few bonus sprints, you probably wouldn’t have done if not for the challenge.Looks like @BenAigen answered the question for you. HIIT is not something you want to do as your only exercise, but is great to have mixed into your routine.
That's true, I could. Normally my Orange Theory workouts are 60 minutes (with the occasional 90 minute session), so I feel like doing five to twenty minutes is a copout (it's definitely a personal problem). My wife suggested something similar so we'll see.
