Looks like @BenAigen answered the question for you. HIIT is not something you want to do as your only exercise, but is great to have mixed into your routine.

That's true, I could. Normally my Orange Theory workouts are 60 minutes (with the occasional 90 minute session), so I feel like doing five to twenty minutes is a copout (it's definitely a personal problem). My wife suggested something similar so we'll see.
I didn’t mean to suggest cop out. I was thinking more like few bonus sprints, you probably wouldn’t have done if not for the challenge.

My challenge for May. Once again a do something 14 times. This seems doable.

Got my 365 Move Challenge today.

I’m very very lucky I got May’s Challenge completed soon as it started because a week after I was done my pain issues flared back up super badly to the point that I can’t move around properly now.

Normally my Move goal I was able to complete before midday, now with the pain back I’m struggling to get it to tick over by the end of the day.
Really worried about what June’s challenge will be because if it’s anything physically demanding I don’t think I’ll be able to complete.

Got my Perfect month badge for May today.
Im still stressing though for tomorrows reset with June’s Challenge and if it will set me anything with hard physical activity.
Still on the recovery ❤️‍🩹 unfortunately…..I’m eager to see now.
