I just need to close all my rings every day so I will, and it should be easy since I done it for 3 months now ;)

Ok, here we go. Looks like Apple is CHALLENGING me again. Here’s what I got:

So, it will take effort, but I did something the other day that I figured would help prepare me for whatever Apple might throw my way. I asked a friend to give me a single digit number between 1 and 9. He picked 7. I decided that I will log a minimum of 7 miles per day in some fashion - walk, run or bike - every day in May.
holy crap... mine is half of that

GL o_O ;)

Mine is to burn 33,300 Calories in total for the month. Closed out last night at 2,452 Calories between May 1 and 2 (1,378 and 1,074, respectively). I need to burn an average of 1,075 Calories a day to get there — so far, so good, but it’s gonna be tough.

I’ve set my Move goal to 1,000 Calories (up from 600, which I had been closing easily) to help keep me on track, and it’s just a little bit short of that 1,075-Calorie limit so that I can keep my rings closed without falling behind too much on the challenge. Yesterday was day 114 of consecutively closing all three rings!

April: Get off your arse four times. :)
May: Close every ring every day. :(

Doable but I really dislike challenges that don't give you a day off. These things are supposed to be for fun and pushing a daily exercise regime without breaks is not a good fitness strategy.

yeah I wish Apple let you schedule in a rest day each week without just manually dropping the move goal.

No they are not!! These are called CHALLENGES - not FUNNAGES!!
A rose by any other name...
Nobody makes us do these challenges. We don't need to do them. Nobody else knows or cares whether we succeed or fail and nothing depends on it. Therefore, we're choosing to do them simply because we want to; i.e. we're doing it for fun.

Easy one this one. Double move ring 5 times which is set at 800 calories

All done much to chagrin of my wife :)

As of midnight Friday night I’d built up a surplus of over 1,600 Calories over where I need to be to get to my goal, so I’ve had plenty of cushion to take a bit of a break this weekend. Having a highly physically active job helps me out tremendously here; if not for that, there’s just no way I’d be this far ahead.

So far, very much on track to get this challenge, though!

We have similar challenges but it sounds like you’ve got a bit more of a reserve built up than I do. I’m at 10,525 out of 32,700 to burn. The average I need to complete the goal has dropped slightly since day one, so that’s a good thing.

Keep up the great work. This is achievable!!
