The more I read around the web, the more I have become resolved that receiving my watch on the 24th may not happen. Not whining, but this is really disappointing.

You people need to stop. We have no way yet of knowing if the watches will be delivered on the 24th or not. We have been giving a two week frame now let's all just be patient and wait for Apple to update us directly.

-Apple is offering Apple Watch Classes on the 24th
-Apple has a 2 week time frame between "launch" and pre-orders vs a usual 1 week timeframe (ex: iPhone 6 Launch)
-Angela said deliveries will start on the 24th
-Apple has already been producing Watches and is prepared
-If no one gets their watch on the 24th it would count as false advertising
-Have confidence

I'm pretty sure there's a chance that it will, but there's also a chance that it won't. Whatever the percentage of the chances are of the two, they'll add up to 100%.

I'm fairly certain that *some* people will see their watch on 24th. That was Apple's original date, and so they were anticipating having stock for that date. They were not expecting quite so many pre-orders perhaps and that has lead to elongated delivery dates for some, but that doesn't change the fact that they did have stocked planned for the 24th and so a number of people will get them on that date.

Do we really need another thread on this.

This concern has been expressed dozens of times in numerous thread.

Yes, some people will most definitely get theirs on the 24th.

Some won't.

You may not. Your resolve will most likely come to fruition.

Congratulations on the 12th (!) thread on page one discussing the exact same thing. This one is truly cool and special though.

No. You people need to stop telling people how to think and how to feel. You're not our mother.

The percentages are pretty easy to calculate. It's 50/50! Either you'll get it or you won't. Simple math! Lol

Woah! I think all he was saying is there is a lot of talk about this or that but none of it is credible so no use worrying about what others say. The only people who know are Tim Cook and Co. And we haven't heard anything different from them.

IMO a delivery window means just that. Some of you will get it on the first day, some on the last day, and some in between. I'm sure Apple is working hard to get as many delivered as possible on the first day, but since they have given themselves a window this time, and since all the news we are hearing is they are more supply-constrained than usual, then I'm pretty sure many of you will NOT get it on the 24th.

So the question comes down to: Do you feel lucky?

Go back to the iPhone 6 release forums. All of these conversations have happened before. In the end, we all got our phones. I remember my ship date was giving me a date 3 weeks after the launch date. In the end it arrived on the launch date. It's out of our hands now. Try to relax.

It's always the same. If you got your order in early, you will get it Friday.

During the next launch, we will all refer back to this launch where the same thing happened. There's a pattern here with Apple and short of every delivery truck being driven off the road by disgruntled pebble owners, we will get our watches.
