May not see watch on 24th

All I know is it seems like Apple could deliver on the date they promised. I've been burned before like this back when every iPhone ever came out and I'm still pretty scarred over it. The last thing I need in my life right now is for this to be delayed by a day or two, I just don't think I have it in me to fight it any longer, especially after that one guy in that one forum said his cousin new a guy that overheard an employee. So this thing's obviously legit.

Thu is pebble owner is happily awaiting retiring the pebble to the back of my desk drawer to sport the Apple watch.

I'm not sure. But it would be a big media issue for sure if Apple could not get the Watch in the hands of most of the 4/24 - 5/8 people. The fact that they even set up a class on the 24th signals to me that they seem to be prepared.
 
If you think it's bad now, think how excruciating it will be after the 24th when it seems everyone is getting theirs and yours hasn't even shipped yet.

Well I have read about the same, but, we will get them sometime. Apple is a very secretive company and doesn't release info to anyone even their paying customers, So we will know when they feel like telling us. So sit back, relax and think on what you will do with the watch when it gets here. Stressing isn't worth the potential problems:D

You will know when your watch ships because Apple will update their site.

OP, you should be totally worried. If I were you, I would fret over this and not sleep very well. You may not even get your Watch until days after the release, or maybe even weeks!
 
I heard one of the warehouses they were keeping a number of them in had a fire and certain people they were slotted for are definitely going to have to wait now. Lol

Weird but I actually enjoy seeing these threads over and over. I'm crazy over seeing my status change on my order (as I am with every new release) and especially with this weird launch. Everyone is going nuts waiting to see something change. And having another week to go with NO certainty about anything is nerve racking. These threads help pass the time until we see the ultimate "my status change to preparing to ship" thread. So I say keep em coming. It's fun reading about everyone asking the same questions Hoping for a different answer when we all know their isn't one. It's comforting to know a lot of people feel exactly like I do.

You actually don't know at all whether its going to come the day of. You never did.

No kidding. Here a lot of people are concerned with their unnecessary smart watch purchase while others go homeless or have trouble making their utility bills.

Then again, after my try appointment, ugh the wait... lol
 
The reason apple gives the 4/24 to 5/8 range is that some people live in remote locations and shipping times will be longer to reach them. I recall apple having a map showing your location and estimated delivery date for previous iPhone launches. If you live in a 'tier 1' zone, basically a major city, you should get your watch on 4/24
