Hello everyone

I have a question don't know if anyone has seen his yet.

But today my girlfriend was watching a movie she rented on iTunes and all of the sudden the screen turned red and there was just a black bouncing ball. At this point the computer was unresponsive and had to be powered down by holding the power button.

And I have searched and searched and have found no answers any help would be appreciated

And this happened after most recent update.
 
Most likely explanation: The red screen and black bouncing ball was part of the movie.

(Seriously, I've had a customer many years ago complaining about a non-existing virus, when there was a bouncing ball on the screen. Intentionally created by the app).

And she said the computer locked up and would not function had to hold power button down to power down then restarted everything okay.
 
or maybe she got so excited with all the sex that she began seeing red and hallucinating about balls that bounce. maybe?
