I've had a 13" Macbook Pro for about 9 months. For a while, I've been tracking the battery capacity on coconutBattery and it is going down worryingly quickly.
I'm at 150 cycles and the battery capacity has reached 80% (4650 mAh). I've gone to the Genius bar at the Apple Store, and they've been very unhelpful; they ran a battery test and basically told me that there's nothing wrong with my battery, when I know for a fact that something is not right. According to the Apple Batteries page:
The built-in battery of your MacBook, MacBook Pro or MacBook Air is designed to deliver up to 1000 full charge and discharge cycles before it reaches 80 percent of its original capacity

What should I do? My laptop is still under warranty, and I've got 3 months left of telephone support.

Cheers,
