I've had a 13" Macbook Pro for about 9 months. For a while, I've been tracking the battery capacity on coconutBattery and it is going down worryingly quickly.
I'm at 150 cycles and the battery capacity has reached 80% (4650 mAh). I've gone to the Genius bar at the Apple Store, and they've been very unhelpful; they ran a battery test and basically told me that there's nothing wrong with my battery, when I know for a fact that something is not right. According to the Apple Batteries page:
What should I do? My laptop is still under warranty, and I've got 3 months left of telephone support.

    Cheers,

Call the phone support line and explain the situation. Sometimes they're better about giving replacements than the Genius Bar.

Try to calibrate your battery and see if it changes the percentage.
