Ah, I am not really fluent in "game fps", but does "250fps" mean, that the game will redraw the image at 250 frames per second, even if your eyes can't discern it?
Movies are shot at 24 fps and they seem to be fluent to me.

I dont see cod4 in there...

It is between Trackmania Nations Forever (2008) and Supreme Commander - FA Bench (2007).
