Yeh..Best Buy Customer Service said first week of December....
Thinking they looked up the Mac Pro which is to be released in December.

Been playing with the numbers, thinking I have to wait for bhphotovideo to get them in. No student discount, man you guys are lucky, my daughter is a high school teacher, so probably could fudge something, but hey I'm an upright citizen. Anyways, bhphotevideo = no tax, 249 apple care = $300 savings for my build (e.g. just like I'm back in college).
Nice! I'm down on Bridge St so I should swing by around lunch and take a looksy...waiting on benchmarks though as I'm in 2 minds about getting 15" with dGPU.

Same here I have $2000 in Best Buy credit. Hoping they receive the updated rMBP ASAP!
I called all the apple stores in DMV, EXCEPT tyson's because i was 4th in line and been waiting for 15min+ so i hung up lol lets hope thats true for you. I just ordered online

looks like they be coming in tomorrow. called Costa Mesa and Cerritos apple and they were pretty firm they'll likely be in before opening and out to sell right away.
Interesting. I called Costa mesa as well and the girl told me that it'll be shipping in two days most likely
I felt Costa Mesa and Cerritos were the only ones helpful considering we got different responses. all other apples store seemed annoyed and gave me the "I dunno bs.."
I'm sure they all know when to expect them, but I think corporate policy is to say they don't know. The ones that said tomorrow are probably right, and just aren't following the policy.
Just talked with a representative of the Trinity Apple Store in Leeds, UK over the phone and he told me that they don't have the new models yet but they expect them later today (Treat that with a pinch of salt).
I also asked about available customizations and he told me that they will only receive the 5 models that don't include any customization (I believe that these are called the "BTO models") because that's what normally happens.

Spoke to the Highcross Leicester Apple Store just 10 minutes ago, none in stock at the moment and they have no idea when they will be getting any. Anyone here in the UK have any success with their local Apple store?
