I've been very satisfied with my 15" MacBook Pro with it's optional hi-res anti-glare display. I too am very fit & strong, so weight is not an issue. I carry it daily. Being much thinner & lighter than the 15" Windows Laptops I used to use, the MBP exudes quality in a compact size.

I just bought a 13" MacBook Air for my wife. It's nice, but it's low-res glossy screen is disappointing. The fact that it's not built to be upgradeable is another very big drawback as I see it.

It's all relative. Subject to individual preferences, I find the higher resolution to my liking.

In no way am I being critical of low res, they each have their strengths.
