MBP stolen! What to do?

Filed an insurance claim and was ready to complete it when my friend called claiming that their neighbor found a bag near his house out in the rain and took it in.


I was nowhere near there when I lost it, interesting. BUT I FOUND IT!

Luckily, the case protected it from rain damage and there are no extra dents/scratches on it that weren't there before.

I guess i'm really lucky? lol.

Next up, worrying about the 8600M GT chip!

Well at least the guy who has his mbp has an nvidia gpu and prob. die within 6-12 months anyway!!

Hey maybe he heard about this nvidia gpu deal and bought apple care for himself!! Maybe it'll tie down to the serial number! You still have the original box with the serial number right?!?
