Here is the fan apparently breaking past the 7200 maximum speed limit! Fan sounds like a rocket!

That's just watching BBC iplayer on a 4K60hz external display. Yet apple still not admitting something is wrong.

More to the point, a modern 2017 £1800 pro laptop should not be stressing like this.

Might be the BBC iPlayer. A goggle search of "bbc iplayer high cpu usage" returns plenty of hits from Mac and Windows users on a variety of systems.
