Mc270lla 16gb ram?

I thought I read somewhere that MC270LLA 2010 could take 16GB RAM (OWC) but I can't find the thread now. Anyone ever tried this and if so did the outcome warrant the trouble of upgrading?

The processor can't handle it because it is a C2D as far as I know. 8 GB is the max.

yeah but you need 1066 sticks from mushkin and they are hard to get.
