MCE Optibay drives.

Been considering swapping out the Superdrive for an Optibay for a while now and learnt of the official MCE Optibay's just today.
I'm adding up what would be cheaper/better, buying an Optibay and SSD from MCE or buying the two separately, and I was wondering if anyone knew what SSD's MCE use? It doesn't say their Read/write speed?
If its a bad SSD I'll do it seperatly, if they're of a good standard I'll buy them there basically.

There are cheaper alternatives to the MCE. I just installed a 256 GB Crucial M4 in my main bay and moved my HDD to the optibay with this:

Perfect fit in my early 2011 15" MBP and it is working fine.

I have replaced the SuperDrive in my 17" MBP with an OWC Solution. They have it available separately or with SSD. Not as cheap as the link above, but I believe OWC is a good name, and if you buy the bundle with SSD then it isn't too bad.
