Just had on a whole wheat pita:
- muenster
- salami
- smoked turkey
- tomato, onions, lettuce

All time favorite though, has to be the BLT. :)

fajita seasoning in a pan, with a small chopped onion and thinly slice chicken breast, keep stir frying till it's cooked then bung some grated cheese in and keep stirring it round.

Cut a large foot long break roll in 2 and lightly toast it then put the chicken, onion and cheese mixture onto the bread.

Yummy

It's also just as good if you cook the chicken with a little Garlic powder and mixed herbs or if you really want to push the boat out, make jerk chicken with reggaereggae sauce (very time consuming with all the marinading and slow grilling etc...) and then melt cheese onto that before putting it on your foot long bread.

Even better if you can't be bothered cooking.

Cut a foot long bread roll down the middle

Grate some cheese

Then layer it

Cucumber Slices
Cheese
Turkey Ham
Cheese
Beef Jerky
Cheese
Tomato slices

Bit expensive to make that one though, beef jerky is £2 a packet in the UK

Hmmmmmmmm, ReggaeReggae sauce.

Foie gras with goat cheese on a brioche roll.

But when I don't have $20, I'll take leftover steak on wheat.

Smoked turkey breast and provolone. Maple ham and cheddar. Both are excellent on asiago cheese baked bagels fresh out of the toaster with just a small amount of mayo. Wow, it's time for a snack...:D
