I thought thsi was interesting- set pics from the new TMNT movie starring Megan Fox. It's obvious she is wearing an :apple: watch sport with white sport band.

I wonder if this is her personal watch or a product placement for the movie. Click the pic for more.


 
Either way its a gift from Apple like so many celebs lately, so hard to know if they are actually fans.
 
Honestly, I am unable to see a watch. Is there a reason I'd even see something like that in that picture.

Never wanted to be a pair of jeans so badly. They're painted on!

Apple are very clever is getting their products into hands of celebrities and movies. Expect the Apple watch in movies.
 
is that picture taken on the set of Mutant Ninja Turtles 2? if so, its probably paid product placement for the movie by apple

Apple has never ever paid for product placement, so this would be new for them.

I think it will probably play a part in the movie, like gadgety watches often have in movies, only this time, they have a real gadget to use.

You must not remember the early 2000's when Apple paid the WB to use Mac's (iMac) in all their shows.

A quick google search indicates Apple are pretty adamant they don't pay for product placement.

I guess they have 'other' arrangements?

There must be something - anything - besides Apple still is the "cool" brand. I have a built-in Apple detector. Everytime I see a device in a movie I shout to my girlfriend: "Apple, they did it again.."... ;)

The game could have paid for that, instead of Apple. It could also be a way to associate with a certain demographic.
 
Took me a while to look in the right area before I noticed she was wearing an Apple Watch, to which I quickly noticed her Apple Watch has a screen protector. Take that, naysayers!
