Megathread for anyone who purchased after ACTUAL launch day (April 24th)!

Hoping that they still have a bunch of 38mm Sport w/Blue Bands...

I've really enjoyed my Watch, enough that I placed an order yesterday for my wife for Mother's Day. Only the 38mm has a hope of fitting her (small wrists), and she actually likes the blue color. June delivery, but hoping for a miracle that it delivers quickly. Of course, I had ordered a "back up" 42mm Sport with the blue band on April 23, which went from June to Mid-May to delivered on May 1 before I could cancel it after my 42 SS model shipped, so I ended up returning the unopened UPS package to the local Apple store. They did open the outer packaging to make sure that the Sport Watch was inside. :p
 
Had a good idea! I switched my order from ML to BCB so I could get my watch a couple of weeks earlier (now I'm May 21-28 instead of June 3-16). When I get it I'm gonna go to the Apple Store and use the band exchange program and essentially switch back to ML for free!
 
July , Most likely August as I'm in Korea

I ordered May 1st Friday afternoon for me , In Korea , and I got a July ship date as well. 42mm Space Gray , and I have to ship it to a mail forwarder as Apple does not ship to military addresses, so add two weeks on that :(

Cancelled my April 18 order for a 42mm SS BSB. After changing it a few times, re-ordered the same watch on the 28th. In processing. Stupid mistake to cancel the first watch. :(
 
I've just ordered a SS 42mm with milanese band today. I already have a 42mm AW with WSB but I need to return it as i'm not getting along with it. I suspect the composite dome is irritating my skin.

Hope the ceramic back with be more comfortable.

Update: Apple have cancelled this order......arggggggggg

Hoping it ships tomorrow so I could have it end of the week. My cousin is sending it from Australia as NZ hasn't got any love yet

I ordered the second one in hopes I would get a watch sooner..... Might just cancel it now and wait for the Space Grey.
 
Ordered a SS with classic buckle on 2nd May and shipping is July. I have a sport pre ordered too. If I were to call apple and change it to a watch would I move to the back of the queue again?
 
Mine is shipping ordered May 2

Ordered a SS 38mm Classic black buckle on sat may 2 after reading a thread about it. My CC was charged this morning at 1:30 am and is preparing for shipment.
 
I ordered my 42mm SG BSB on the 29th at 11am and got an available to ship June date and shipping to Michigan. I hope it isn't late June since dates moved to July right after May 1st.

I shouldn't be this excited for a watch, but I am. It is like Christmas as a kid counting down the days. :)
 
I just put in an order yesterday for a 42mm SG BSB and I'm pretty sure I won't see it till mid June-early July. I'm currently sitting at July though.

UPDATE: As of this morning I've been charged! It's still 4am in AUS at the moment so maybe it'll ship today!
 
I preordered a SG Sport on launch day (xx:12) and probably have 1-2 weeks of wait ahead of me (order fulfillment has been very slow over the last week and Apple is just getting into the 6 minute range).

I started having doubts about my watch selection given the reports of ion-x glass scratching, etc., so last night I placed a second order for a SS Black Leather Loop with a July shipping estimate. I'm not expecting any early ship miracles with that one given that not a single leather loop watch has shipped yet, as far as I can tell.

I'll make a final decision on this when the SG arrives and those on this forum who own one can report more on its scratch resistance.
 
Ordered a 42mm SS light brown leather loop on May the 3rd, and I have a July delivery date.

I would like to remain optimistic that it could get bumped up to an earlier date, but am resigned to the fact that I may not see it for 8 weeks.

Oh well.

Are you in the U.S.? Did you order a 38mm or 42mm?

Mine received a date range, right after ordering my 38 SS ML - I returned my 38 white Sport, to the Apple Store that Monday - was issued a giftcard + I paid the difference on another giftcard and proceeded to purchase the new watch.

Mine is technically all paid up.
