Sorry I didn't respond sooner... I was taking my metamucil and arthritis medications.
Yup, must be working their way through - hour or two ago when I had checked it was still ships late April, now prepared for shipment
Within the next hour, expect the Apple Store to crash due to extremely heavy traffic..

Mine is Prepared for shipment also and still states Late April which is now and for the next few days. So this baby is almost in my hands.
However..... In a few days I will be waiting for the next revision of the 3G iPAD with video conferencing, hope only 6 months and not a year. Fingers crossed

Mine says prepared for shipment, but oddly enough my pre-auth from last week fell off and there isn't a new one there.

I ordered 7 minutes after the store opened (Order Date: Mar 12, 2010 at 05:37 AM PDT ) and am not yet "prepared for shipment".
So, we know they're not processing them by order date/time. Must be geographic or just luck?

Nothing changed yet on my side and my order date was Mar 12, 2010 at 05:32 AM PDT. No pending charges yet today but have had the round of on/off charges like other folks.
