TO ALL AT MACRUMORS.
Merry Christmas to you OP!
And Happy Hanukkah to you L4Leonard
Happy Christmas guys don't get to wasted.
Proud soldier in the war on Christmas.
Merry Christmas and thanks for posting such a lovely picture.
Yeah, I didn't need to see that, but I appreciate the sentiment.
What's up with the thread title?
It's to get you to come in and check it, so he can wish you a merry xmas.
Happy Festivus to all, and to all a good...airing of grievances??
Just a friendly suggestion: perhaps this should be moved to PRSI. This is, after all, a purely religious based post.
Seinfeld, possibly one of the greatest sitcoms of all time.
Oh... yeah. *chuckles*
Same to all from up here.
I wasn't a huge fan of the series, but I did find it entertaining. I love the Festivus episode, since it is a good parody of all the Christmas season hype. I kind of adopted it for my "holiday celebration". That way, I don't get all the flak for not celebrating "the holidays". I do celebrate: It's just Festivus instead of Christmas.
And it's taken on a life of its own: FestivusWeb
Marry Christmas and since we are already at wishing people things I wish everybody a happy new year!!!
Christmas is pretty dang secular (much to the chagrin of Christians frankly, but that doesn't make it any less true). I know tons of atheists and agnostics who put up a tree and buy presents.
There are some people in these forums that want to argue and debate about everything. Sad really.
This image sums it all up really:
Christmas is religious. I'm neither trying to debate nor argue anything, nor am I trying to take anything away from anyone. But I stand by my statement that Christmas is religious.
Fixed that for you.
That's fair. I still dont see why this isn't more appropriately in the PRSI forums. Or at least if it had a better thread title, I'd never have come here and started posting in the first place. Then you all could be free of my scroogitude.
I took the liberty of modifying the thread title (OP, feel free to re-modify it, but please use a title that describes the content of the thread).
Merry Christmas / happy [insert your holiday] / happy Tuesday (it can't possibly be Christmas anywhere yet, can it?) / bah humbug to all.
Cheers! I'll now exit this thread. Sorry for being a wet blanket y'all.
