I read the entire thread, and MBHockey has a point.

You emailed Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Inc, to complain about a speck of dust under your screen?

Get off your high horse, step down among the rest of us, and go through the steps to get this fixed (ie. Start with a Genius Bar appointment)

Mine came with a hairline crack in the case. Apple sent me a new one overnight as soon as FedEx picked up my old one. Sent old one on Wednesday received new iPhone on Friday.
 
I can not believe you spent 3 days complaining about this on the forums instead of going through the appropriate support steps at Apple.com.
