Very much so. Cool

What is interesting is all this talk of what these folks are claiming and what is real. Right in these 3 tests we have three different technologies and maybe the deciding factor is Sata 3. The OWC is a awesome drive and if it was just Sata 3 just might be right in the same numbers as well or even better. I think the real bottom line on all these SSD's is going to just come down to Sata 3 throughput. All this talk of different controllers and chips may mean very little at the end of the day. Certainly nothing for us to stress over.

BTW for Intel 510 folks buying or thinking been running very nicely for 3 days with no hiccups at all. Not the cheapest drive though.

If you change the file size to 2GB or more, and the resolution higher, you should get better scores. Depends how you'll be using you MacBook.

Congratulations, but there are quite a few people with problems, and I don't think your condescending smugness is of any help to them.

And no, I don't own a C300 - why would I buy a drive that's almost one year old and has bad garbage collection?

Your mileage may vary, as the saying goes. I've had the C300 for over a year, original firmware, filled it and rewrite several GBs daily. What bad garbage collection? It's as quick as it ever was.
