Seriously? That was over 20 years ago. The tide has turned. Get over yourselves.

Seriously? The tide has turned?? Has it not been less than 10 years for Apple's eco system of hardware (iPod) + software (iTunes) + digital store (ITMS), all of which were pretty much out there separately thanks to other companies, but how Apple envisoned an eco-system that was user friendly and tied everything together nicely that caused MS to alter it's 'play for sure' stance and created their own eco system with their Zune hardware and The MarketPlace (The Social) digital store, which was what, about 2 years ago?
I'll get over myself and reserve comment for any future "phone" product
that comes out of Redmond (if it comes out, remember the current MS denials) and I'll wait to see what innovations were inspired from the MS campus or what "Apple-like" innovations are applied to any MS phone device they roll out, and we'll see if Apple's past statement on their MWSF banners still hold true - "Redmond, start your photocopiers".
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying MS can't do a phone. It's like if I wanted to build a jet plane, I'm going to need a fuselage, wings, turbine engines, cockpit, and tail assembly, just like Boeing, McDonald-Douglas, Airbus, etc. needs in the construction of their jet planes.
I am saying for a mobile phone, MS can start with a handsize/palmsize unit with numbered buttons to dial out... the next question that has to be asked is... How much innovation will MS create and apply to their phone or how iPhone-esque will it be?
