Yes, have been having issues with my default Duck (that depends on Bing for its search) over the last 8 hours in France. DDG recognised the ongoing issues on their X account. For now switched to Google.

Just noticed this with DuckDuckGo, which I had no idea had anything to do with Microsoft.

DuckDuckGo's results are a compilation of over 400 sources according, including Bing, Yahoo! Search BOSS, Wolfram Alpha, Yandex, and DuckDuckBot web crawler.
