I use the mini 4 as my PC basically. I actually prefer it to the regular ipad b.c the speed at which I can type. I hold it similar to the iphone (in portrait and type with my thumbs). I can do this very fast on the mini compared to the full size ipad. It is much easier with 1 handed use IMO.
how could someone use a tablet as a full pc??????????????

I do nothing intensive at all. Browse the internet, do banking, a little word/excel editing of documents I use for work. I have a printer that supports airprint so I can print from my phone/tablet. I would honestly say that most people fall into that category today.

It is used the same way I would use a personal computer. Pretty much every website I use functions the same way on the ipad as it would a desktop.

Agreed, I'd say about 75% of people fall into that category. For stuff like managing my YouTube channel, the desktop site is tough on the iPad; but most other stuff is fine. If I didn't do video editing, I would probably use only an iPad, though I would still need a place to store older photos and photos taken on my bridge camera which aren't in iCloud Photo Library, and an iMac could accomplish this fine. BUT there's those occasional times where I need the MacBook Air to take with me for editing on the go, otherwise Id probably go for an imac.

My main usage on my tablets is browsing and posting on forums if I'm honest and apps for my sport news along with Twitter and Facebook that's it

Which is why I have a mini 4, 6S plus and Air 2. Web browsing is something that's important to me do I would always use the mini over my plus

I love watching NHL on my Air 2, also reading NHL and MLB news too, in addition to tech news.

Alright, I need to recant my previous statement lol. I found a 128 gig LTE mini 4 on eBay for $580 and I had to grab it up. So I returned the iPad Air 2 and so far I like the size and portability of the mini 4 much better....but I'm not a gamer and the Air 2 may still be better for that.
