iPad mini Mini 5 is allready a neutral on the buyers guide ?

if u using android phone .. ipad mini..great companion. Ipad is ease bring to bring anywhere. Keyboard not a mandatory and mouse since i used it rarely.. I do now wait for whatever sidekick which make the ipad mini the best device to test my apps.
