I can't read your posts they are way too long. Scratches happen. They are probably just scratches of the coating that covers the screen. I baby my phone as well and have these scratches as well. It happens, that's the risk of not running a screen protector. I've had these scratches on every phone I've owned at some point.

Scratches happen. Unfortunately the iPhone 6 seems more prone to them than the older iPhones. My iPhone 4 was virtually perfect after four years. After six months there's couple of small scratches on the iPhone 6 screen after being careful with it. It's not down to keys or loose change - as goes in a different pocket. For the first time ever I'm using a glass screen protector.
