    Hi,
I'm playing with the idea to get myself an iPhone but what really sucks here in Germany is that the T-Mobile has a minumum contract time of 2 years ! I found that a lot. I'm not sure to live still in Germany in 2 years.

So I was just wondering, what are the min contract times in your countries ?

    Tex

Buy PAYG phone and get SIM only contract; 30 days notice.

Then I'd have to buy a full price iPhone + I would have the data communication included in the contract.

I'm not sure about over there, but I think all of the carriers in the US will let you out of your contract early with no fees if you move out of the country (and can provide proof). Does T-Mobile have the same clause in their contract?

Yes that's what I also hope/think. I will ask them.

iPhone Upgrade: At least 18 months into your 24 month/2 year contract in the U.S.

Yeah. You can probably pay full price up front and not have to worry about a contract.

    I dont get it.

yes but on the other hand I need a contract with unlimited data.

I will just subscribe to the contract and that's it.
