You know I have been using iPhones since the OG.

But I'd mess with this if it was designed better. A case with a slide out keyboard? I might be into that.

I can see this being a popular accessory if it wasn't so big and designed better, really.

I hate typing on the phone so much I've switched almost entirely to voice to text these days.

What I really miss are external antennas, and phones I can do reps with to build the guns: BN-CB469_0326Ph_M_20140324160029.jpg

Sure okay…but why would they target the 14 and 15 pro models?

Don’t the base 14/15 have higher sales volume?

An iPhone connects to the keyboard via Lightning (iPhone 14 Pro) or USB-C (iPhone 15 Pro), and passthrough charging is supported.
The sheer ridiculousness of this device notwithstanding, imagine how difficult it will be to attach to a phone. Unless the case is made of two pieces that slide together, how would you get this abomination to plug into the lightning port? I can only imagine that it's made out of the thinnest, cheapest silicon available. It will probably snap like a rubber band after being installed and removed more than a few times.

I sometimes wonder whether MacRumors is trolling us for the lolz when they post these word-for-word press releases for the most laughable products imaginable.

Genuinely, I am very excited by this. I can't buy one until I upgrade from an 11 PRO MAX but when I do, I will give this a shot.

It is smart and nostalgic in my opinion. And it will appeal to people who want both or one or the other.

I think I will smirk in a few years when I look back at some the haters here. Perhaps not. But I doubt it.
