Resolved Missing Profile Pictures

Has anyone noticed that the profile pictures have been missing for a while?

I've noticed it on iMac with Safari and Win7 with Firefox.

I've been experiencing it for the last few days, except with avatars. There's often a blank space where a person's avatar is, but it's not a big deal to me.

Thank-you for pointing it out. I confirm that the problem is occurring. Profile pages are OK but the image server is not returning the correct profile images.

For example, my profile image should be at

forums.macrumors.com/image.php?u=12149&type=profile​

but it comes up blank.

We'll either find a way to fix it or find somebody to blame!

The heck with fixing it - we need someone to revile and abuse. The punishment should be extreme, and probably smart a little. 😱
