Same.Congrats for the back-to-back wins... but I still dislike them, I just dislike the other team more.![]()

As you should.I’m still showing my team spirit! Everywhere I go, there are tons of Dodgers hats, jerseys, and shirts. I’ve been doing the same since they won over the weekend.
My MacBook Pro’s wallpapers and dock are all in blue, featuring a mix of stock blue Apple wallpapers and Dodgers wallpapers. I’ll share them in the post your desktop thread if you’d like.
Are any Dodgers fans here, besides y’all else rooting for the other teams? I’d love to hear a diverse range of opinions! Let’s get out of the dugout and celebrate this win 🙌🏆!!!!
I watched the Dodgers rally live today, but I had school during the parade, so I’ll catch a replay later. Also, I saw Krenshaw up there in the Dodgers celebration rally. He’s a true legend among the team pitchers, and I’m thrilled! Yamamoto did really well in striking out the Jays!
I see Jeff Kent has been elected to the HoF by the new committee setup. 14/16 votes as well.
Not a fan of his per se.
Good numbers though.
His persona did resemble that of a derogatory term that rhymes with "stick." But, what you see was what you got with him, except when he injured himself during extracurricular activities. At least it wasn't a kitchen mishap, like some players have experienced.
But he did put up good numbers that were uncommon for a 2nd baseman, at the time or ever, which is probably why he got in. And he could both hit and field.
Kent is really in because he hit a lot of HR for a 2B. He is a marginal HoF pick, but I can think of a few recent 2B who are more deserving of him: Lou Whitaker and Bobby Grich.
Mattingly isn't quite a HoF player for me. Sadly the injuries and a relatively short peak did him in.
I can't say I view the HoF as having any kind of legitimacy anymore. Whatever one thinks of Bonds and Clemens, they really should be in.
you can try to tear down the "therefore" wall! The word “therefore” in that post is serving as a load-bearing wall that simply cannot hold up to the strain of the rest of the post.
Well the RR HOF is a joke for sure.HOF SHAM
such a shame Garvey, Hernandez, Gallaraga, Mattingly and Dale Murphy are not in.
the writers simply undermine Firstbaseman and the occasional 2x MVPs.
neither is Iron Maiden in the RR hall as they made great, intricate, listenable music from 1980-2019.
therefore these "halls" means nothing at all.
